All our accommodations include taxes and continental breakfast (1 regular orange juice, 1 piece of sweet bread, 1 coffee or tea)
Cash deposit by 25% if an overnight stay or one night deposit if stay longer than 3 days.

Cancellations during high season (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Easter Week, Summer Holidays, Night of the Dead and national holidays such as September 16, 5 February, 21 in March and May 5) will produce a charge the amount total reservation.
For cancellations for reservations made on any of the holidays mentioned, the total amount will be charged unless it is made at least 15 days in advance.
Cancellations made less than 14 days or less before the date of arrival will result in a charge of total amount of reservation.
If the entire stay is not covered, there are no refunds.
The premature exit from the hotel will be taken as cancellation and no refunds. In the unfortunate event that a traveler ill during your stay or look on the need to cut your holidays are the responsibility of pax.

All cancellations must be requested in writing and be submitted via email to email@example.com. Cancellations will be conducted under the following conditions:
If you have to cancel for 7-10 days before your arrival date you will not make any charge to your credit card. A 6 days before arrival will perform a charge of 50% of one night per room booked.
If you have cancellation the day before arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of one night per room booked.
If you cancel the day of your arrival date or do not reach the hotel, will incur a penalty of 100% of total room nights reserved.
